Arrangement Director for procedural ensembles

Coordinate several procedural Sources as an ensemble without replacing their existing controls. The Arrangement Director will manage register lanes, section density, call-and-response windows, part entrances and exits, cadence coordination, and collision avoidance between generated voices.
