Expressive MIDI and pitch gestures

Make performed and drawn pitch feel continuous instead of stepping only between fixed notes. Preserve pitch-bend gestures, add MPE input and per-note expression, and let Melody Loom draw pitch lines that become audible movement. The first scope is a consistent expression path across VIBE instruments, samples, live playback, saved sessions, collaboration, The Score, and export. Broader MIDI 2.0 and Universal MIDI Packet support can follow where browser and device support are reliable.
