Prize-funded Battle of the Bands

We are evaluating an automated reward system for Weekly Battle of the Bands winners, including the possibility of monetary prizes. Before committing to payouts, we need to establish a fair competition format, voting and judging integrity, eligibility and age rules, geographic limits, official rules, anti-fraud controls, identity and tax handling, a permitted payout provider, funding, disputes, and unclaimed rewards. No entry fee or cash payout is committed during this review; feedback will also help us compare cash, equipment, platform credit, and creator-promotion rewards.
