Vibe Together in more languages

Prepare Vibe Together for creators in more languages. The first phase will externalize product copy, add locale-aware formatting and pluralization, support longer translations and additional character sets, and add layout checks so translated controls remain usable on desktop and mobile. The first language releases will be chosen using audience demand and community feedback. We will publish specific language commitments only after the foundation and translation review workflow are ready.
