Late August: Motion, Sustain, and easier listening
August 25–28, 2026
Motion gets an editable curve, Vibe and Chord nodes gain Sustain, and browsing and listening get a round of practical improvements.
-
Draw Motion directly. Drag the envelope to adjust a move's shape, depth, and length. The curve on the board follows your edits, with sliders and keyboard controls still available.
-
Try new Motion moves. Tremolo, Grit Throw, Width Throw, and Depth Push add rhythmic volume changes, distortion and chorus throws, and movement through stage depth. Throws also have a more audible body.
-
Hold notes along their outgoing wires. Turn on Sustain for a Vibe or Chord node to hold its sound until the furthest output arrival. The control shows the resulting duration.
-
Return to your place in the Community Mixtape. Loaded gallery pages are retained between visits, filters keep the previous results visible while loading, and upvote changes stay in step across discovery views.
-
Get clearer library feedback. Label and My Vibes show loading states instead of premature empty results. Deletion fixes prevent removed drafts from reappearing after a refresh.
-
Set your own listening volume. Published listens now have a personal volume slider: inline on desktop and in a compact popover on mobile. Slide to zero to mute.
-
Open your installed app or go fullscreen. Supported browsers can launch the current session in the installed app or offer fullscreen, with safer Escape handling and clearer fallback guidance.
-
Recover more clearly when publishing stalls. Publishing now shows recoverable errors for connection problems and keeps a pending attempt from creating duplicate publications.
